Apple bread pudding
125 g, bramley

2 medium, peeled, cored and thinly sliced

- In a large bowl, combine the milk, apple sauce, eggs and cinnamon.
- Mist a 2-litre baking dish with cooking spray. Layer the bread, sultanas and apple slices in the baking dish then pour over the milk mixture.
- Cover with clingfilm and chill for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4.
- Remove the clingfilm and bake for 40-45 minutes, until the pudding is golden and just set. Dust with ½ tsp icing sugar before serving.
