Simple, convenient and healthy, porridge is brilliant for breakfast.

Ingredients

Porridge oats

40 g

Skimmed Milk

250 ml

Apple

1 medium, unpeeled, grated

Ground Cinnamon

½ teaspoon(s), level

Instructions

  1. Microwave the porridge oats and milk on high for 2½ minutes. Stir, then microwave again for another 1 minute, or until it’s at your desired consistency.
  2. Stir in the grated apple and cinnamon and serve.

Notes

Reduce the SmartPoints by using water instead of skimmed milk.
