Ingredients

Calorie Controlled White Bread

Low Calorie Jam

50 g, reduced sugar blackcurrant jam

Apple

180 g, peeled, cored and sliced

Blackberries

150 g

Skimmed Milk

400 ml

Egg, whole, raw

2 medium, raw

Light Brown Sugar

10 g

Low Fat Custard Ready to Serve

300 g, warmed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4. Spread the bread with jam, then cut each slice into 4 triangles. Place a third of the bread in a 1 litre dish.
  2. Top with a third of the apples and blackberries. Repeat to make 2 more layers.
  3. Whisk together the milk and eggs. Pour over the bread and fruit. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Serve between 6 with the custard.
