- Mist a nonstick pan with calorie controlled cooking spray and cook 2 finely chopped garlic cloves over a medium heat for 1-2 minutes until softened.
- Add 150ml vegetable stock (made with 1⁄2 stock cube), and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually add 70g grated vegetarian Italian-style hard cheese, stirring well after each addition, until melted and combined.
- Remove from the heat and whisk in 200g 0% fat natural Greek yogurt. Season to taste, then serve with your choice of cooked pasta.
