Chicken breast, skinless, raw

  1. Preheat the airfryer to 200°C. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl mix the polenta with the paprika and a pinch of salt.
  2. Roll the chicken pieces in the beaten egg one at a time, then coat with the polenta. Repeat with the remaining chicken. Mist the air fryer basket and the nuggets with cooking spray, then place in the air fryer basket and air fry for 10 minutes, flipping half way through, until crispy and cooked through. You may have to do this in batches, so not to overcrowd the air fryer.
  3. For the dip, mix the cream cheese with the yoghurt, spices and season with salt and pepper. Serve with the chicken nuggets.
