Heat the aubergine in calorie controlled cooking spray and fry for a few minutes until slightly golden and softened.Meanwhile, boil the pasta until al dente then drain and return to the pan. Stir in the passata and cooked aubergine. Season with salt and pepper and pour into a baking dish. Tear in the basil and mozzarella and arrange the sliced tomato on top along with the cheddar cheese.Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and serve.
