Scallops with bacon crumble

white wine vinegar

1 tsp

fresh dill

1 tsp, finely chopped


½ clove(s), crushed

shortcut bacon

1 slice(s), (1x30g slice) chopped


3 individual, roe removed

iceberg lettuce

½ cup(s), finely chopped

oil spray

1 x 3 second spray(s)


Combine sour cream, white wine vinegar, dill and garlic in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a small non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook bacon for 5 minutes or until browned. Set aside. Lightly spray the same pan with oil and cook scallops for 1 – 2 minutes each side or until golden. Arrange lettuce on a serving plate. Top with scallops, bacon and sour cream mixture.
