Ingredients

low sodium soy sauce

1 Tbsp

honey

2 tsp

white wine vinegar

1 tsp

vegetable oil

1 tsp

ginger root

½ tsp, fresh, minced

red pepper flakes

tsp, crushed

firm tofu

8 oz, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 1 cup)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, vinegar, oil, ginger and pepper flakes.
  2. Divide tofu between 2 bowls and coat with sauce. Let stand 5 minutes.
