Here’s a sophisticated spin on s’mores. These pizzelle are an impressive-looking, fun dessert that take less than 20 minutes to make and require just 4 ingredients. After the white chocolate chips are microwaved until melted and smooth, drizzle the chocolate evenly over the store-bought chocolate pizzelle (you can also make your own pizzelle at home if you have the time!). Sprinkle with fresh blueberries and unsweetened coconut flakes, then let them cool to set up—that's all you have to do! Feel free to experiment with whatever fresh berries you have on hand, and you can also use toasted chopped nuts instead of the coconut.
