This hearty, gorgeous-looking salad gets its sophisticated flavor from fresh, thinly sliced fennel, which imparts a subtle taste of anise. We also love how you can just combine everything in one big bowl to get your salad ready to go. As well as the fennel, it features a simple homemade dressing of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, ground sage, salt, and pepper. Toss the fennel and cannellini beans in the dressing, and you're done! Your salad can be made in just 8 minutes from start to finish. Feel free to serve it with just about anything Italian, or with pork or fish.
