This brownie-sundae cake is everything you could possibly want in a dessert. It's also incredibly easy to make and comes together in less than half an hour. The cake is comprised of flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, applesauce, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract, most of which you may have on hand in your pantry already. We love topping off the cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that's been drizzled with chocolate syrup. The best part is that you can individually wrap the brownies in plastic wrap and freeze. Whenever a chocolate craving hits, you can pull a brownie from the freezer and prepare your sundae.
