This creamy snack is a surefire crowd pleaser. It comes together in just 20 minutes yet makes enough for 12 servings. And you also only need 5 ingredients to make it, many of which you may already have in your pantry or fridge. After the beer is boiling, slowly add cheddar or colby cheese that's been coated in flour, stirring until it's smooth and thick. When ready to go, make sure to keep the fondue over heat so the cheese stays melted. Serve this dip with cubes or rolled slices of lean ham and smoked turkey as well as carrots, celery sticks, baked tortilla chips, or cubes of crusty bread.
