This dip comes together in minutes and features fat-free Greek yogurt, fresh parsley (or basil or dill, whatever you have on hand), lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Serve it with your favorite fresh veggie dippers like baby carrots, radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, or snap peas.

2 Tbsp, basil or dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Stir together the yogurt, parsley, lemon juice, and salt in a small serving bowl. Serve with vegetables for dipping.
