Ingredients

Banana

2½ cup(s), sliced frozen

Powdered peanut butter

2 Tbsp

Dark chocolate chips

½ cup(s)

Coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Slice bananas, and freeze them overnight.
  2. Using a high quality food processor, process frozen banana slices along with 1 tbsp of the Peanut Butter & Co. Mighty Nut Pure Peanut until smooth and creamy. May require some pausing and adjustments until desired consistency is achieved.
  3. For the peanut butter magic shell melt together the dark chocolate and coconut oil until completely melted and smooth. Whisk in the remaining Peanut Butter & Co. Mighty Nut Pure Peanut.
  4. Pour the magic shell over the ice cream. Crack and enjoy!
