Vegan Peanut Butter Ice Cream with Peanut Butter Magic Shell
2½ cup(s), sliced frozen
powdered peanut butter
dark chocolate chips
- Slice bananas, and freeze them overnight.
- Using a high quality food processor, process frozen banana slices along with 1 tbsp of the Peanut Butter & Co. Mighty Nut Pure Peanut until smooth and creamy. May require some pausing and adjustments until desired consistency is achieved.
- For the peanut butter magic shell melt together the dark chocolate and coconut oil until completely melted and smooth. Whisk in the remaining Peanut Butter & Co. Mighty Nut Pure Peanut.
- Pour the magic shell over the ice cream. Crack and enjoy!
