Turn two-ingredient dough into these adorable soft pretzels with WeightWatchers® member Melanie’s easy recipe. Experiment with different toppings such as everything bagel seasoning or flavored seasoning salt.

Ingredients

Self-rising flour

½ cup(s)

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

½ cup(s)

Egg

1 item(s), large, beaten

Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the flour and yogurt in a small bowl; stir well with a wooden spoon until just combined and then keep mixing dough in the bowl with your hands until smooth (about 2 minutes of kneading). If dough is too sticky to knead, add more flour, 1 Tbsp at a time, until no longer sticky; set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface; divide into two equal parts. Roll each piece of dough into a 12- to 14-inch rope; form each piece into a pretzel shape.
  4. Brush the pretzels with the egg; sprinkle with salt. Bake for 22 minutes until lightly browned; broil (4 to 6 inches from the broiler element) for 45 seconds to 1 ½ minutes for further browning (optional).
