Two Ingredient Dough Apple Turnover

white self-rising flour¼ cup(s)
plain fat free Greek yogurt¼ cup(s)
fresh apple(s)1 medium, peeled, thinly sliced
monkfruit sweetener1 Tbsp
ground cinnamon1 tsp
table salt1 pinch
egg(s)1 medium, whisked
- Make two-ingredient dough by combining flour with yogurt. Knead, roll out and shape dough into a rectangle on a floured cutting board.
- To make the filling, sprinkle apple with sweetener, cinnamon and salt; toss to coat.
- Top the dough with the filling and mold into turnover shape; press down to seal edges. Cut a few slits on top and brush with egg wash before baking.
- Air fry for 8 minutes at 390°F or until golden brown.
- Makes 1 turnover.
