This sweet curry mustard spread is so easy to assemble and so great on sandwiches, you might want to make an extra batch to keep in the refrigerator to use on toast and sandwiches all week long. The mix of sweet honey, spicy curry powder, sharp mustard, and creamy mayo is unbeatable, and is a perfect match with roasted turkey. The sliced bell pepper, red onion, and sprouts add great color and texture to the sandwich, and sunflower seeds deliver a bonus round of crunch together with nutty flavor. Pack this sandwich to bring to work or school for lunch.
