Homemade pizza is a snap with convenience foods like store-bought flatbread used as pizza crust. If you don't feel like cooking the raw bacon, swap in Canadian bacon in its place. It's already cooked so just chop and sprinkle it on - it will crisp up a bit in the oven. Toss the cheese with Italian seasoning, basil or red pepper flakes for even more flavor.

Black pepper

Cooked turkey bacon

3 slice(s), crumbled

Scallions

2 medium, thinly sliced

Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

1 Tbsp, minced

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Coat a nonstick cookie sheet with cooking spray; place flatbread on pan and bake for 2 minutes. Remove from oven; set aside.

Spread roasted garlic evenly over flatbread; season with pepper. Top with bacon and scallions; sprinkle with cheese.

Bake until cheese melts, about 4-5 minutes; serve immediately sprinkled with chives.
