If you prefer, puree the fruit mixture up to 2 hours ahead (the fruit juices will prevent the banana from browning).

sweetened coconut flakes2 Tbsp, toasted
lime zest2 Tbsp, (about 2 large limes)
- Put the bananas, papaya, orange juice, confectioners’ sugar, and lime juice in a food processor and puree. Scrape into a medium bowl. With a rubber spatula, gently fold in the whipped topping until blended. Spoon into wineglasses or dessert dishes. Sprinkle with the toasted coconut and lime zest; serve at once. Yields 3/4 cup per serving.
