Serve the perfect appetizer for your next soiree. Rub the slices of bread with the cut side of garlic to add flavor without adding butter. Plum tomatoes will add juicy freshness, while arugula will add texture. Our pro tip: Use a high quality Parmesan cheese to maximize your flavor. Parmigiano Reggiano has a nice, nutty taste. Prep the crostini right before you serve them, so that guests can enjoy the perfect bite.
