Thick 'n' Creamy Herb Dressing

Watercress, dill, and chives give this dressing its herbaceous taste and green hue, while the cottage cheese, milk, and mayonnaise contribute to its creamy texture.
fat free cottage cheese½ cup(s)
fresh watercress¼ cup(s), or flat-leaf parsley
fat free skim milk3 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice2 Tbsp
dill1 Tbsp, fresh, chopped
chives1 Tbsp, fresh, minced
fat free mayonnaise1 Tbsp
garlic clove(s)1 clove(s), medium, minced (or less to taste)
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender or mini–food processor and pulse until smooth. Thin with 1 or 2 tablespoons of water if necessary. Cover and refrigerate at least 1/2 hour or up to 2 days to allow the flavors to blend. Yields 2 tablespoons per serving.
