Lobster rolls are the ultimate summertime treat, and this Asian take won’t disappoint. You can often buy precooked meat, or ask at many large supermarkets and fish markets to have whole lobsters steamed for you. Four pounds of whole lobster will yield 1 pound of meat. This riff on a classic New England–style lobster roll pairs well with a crunchy Thai-inspired slaw of shredded green cabbage, shredded carrot, chopped fresh cilantro, and sliced scallion, dressed with fresh lime juice, a squirt of sriracha, and a touch of salt. It's the perfect lunch to throw together when you're feeling fancy.
