Ingredients
Fresh lime juice

Canola oil
2 tsp
Fish sauce
2 tsp
Less sodium soy sauce
1½ tsp
Sugar
½ tsp
Cooked skinless boneless chicken breast

Prepared pasta salad mix
5 oz, Asian salad mix
Peppermint leaves

Shredded carrots

Red onion
1 small, thinly sliced
Instructions

Whisk together the lime juice, oil, fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar in a large bowl. Add the chicken, salad mix, mint, carrots, and onion to the dressing; toss well to coat. Serve at once. Yields 2 cups per serving.
