Cooked black eyed peas

Cooked black beans
1 cup(s)
Uncooked white corn
1 cup(s), fresh or frozen
Red onion
½ cup(s), sliced, diced
Jalapeño pepper
1 medium, chopped
Olive oil
3 Tbsp
Red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp
Cilantro
¼ cup(s), chopped
Green bell pepper
½ cup(s), chopped, chopped
Red bell pepper
½ cup(s)
Garlic powder
½ tsp
Chili powder
¼ tsp
Sriracha hot sauce
4 Tbsp, (1/4 cup)
Table salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Take Flatout flatbreads, and brush the hot sauce over them.

Cut them into chip shapes, and bake 2-3 minutes at 375°, until crispy. Remove from oven, set aside to cool.

In a small bowl, combine all remaining Texas caviar ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. This can be made hours in advance to allow the flavors to meld.
