Teriyaki Turkey Burgers
Uncooked 93% lean ground turkey
¼ cup(s), chopped
2 Tbsp, chopped
1 Tbsp, peeled, minced
Dark sesame oil
8 medium, trimmed and left whole
Light hamburger roll(s) or bun(s)

- Mix turkey, teriyaki sauce, chopped scallions, cilantro, egg white, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in medium bowl just until combined. With damp hands, form mixture into 4 (¾-inch-thick) patties.
- Spray ridged grill pan with nonstick spray and set over medium heat. Add patties and whole scallions and cook, turning patties once and turning scallions occasionally, until instant-read thermometer inserted into side of patties registers 165°F and scallions are tender, about 10 minutes.
- Serve burgers in buns topped with scallions.
