Ingredients
Artificially sweetened ready-to-eat cereal
2 cup(s), multi-bran chex (or similar product)
Soybean nuts
1 cup(s)
Puffed rice cereal
1 cup(s)
Slivered almonds (unsalted, no oil or sugar added)
½ cup(s)
Teriyaki sauce
2½ Tbsp
Vegetable oil
2½ tsp
Sesame oil
1½ tsp
Ground ginger
2 tsp
Wasabi powder
1 tsp

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

In a large bowl, combine Chex, soybean nuts, puffed rice and almonds. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and toss to coat; spread on a large baking sheet.

Bake, stirring after 5 minutes, until lightly brown and crispy, about 2 to 3 minutes more. Remove from oven and let cool. Yields a slightly rounded 1/2 cup per serving.
