Teriyaki Burgers with Chili Ketchup
uncooked 93% lean ground beef
uncooked red onion(s)
¼ cup(s), chopped, finely chopped
sun-dried hot chile pepper(s)
¼ item(s), minced (about 1 tsp), or to taste
4 leaf/leaves, large, Romaine
1 large, cut into 8 slices
- Combine beef, onion, teriyaki sauce, salt, and black pepper in large bowl. Mix well and shape mixture into 4 patties, each about 1 inch thick.
- Spray ridged grill pan with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat. When pan is hot, add burgers and grill until cooked through and instant-read thermometer inserted into side of each patty registers 160°F, 4−5 minutes per side.
- Mix ketchup and chile together in small bowl. Serve each burger on lettuce leaf with 2 tomato slices and 2 tablespoons ketchup.
