Tabbouleh with Shrimp
1¼ cup(s), boiling
1 pound(s), peeled and devined, coarsely chopped
1 small, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 medium, cut into 1⁄2-inch pieces
2 medium, chopped
½ cup(s), fresh, chopped
¼ cup(s), fresh, chopped
Lemon juice canned or bottled
- Pour the water over the bulgur in a medium bowl. Cover and let stand until the water is absorbed, about 25 minutes. Fluff the bulgur with a fork; transfer to a serving bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bulgur and toss to combine. Yields about 2 cups per serving.
