Kansas City–style sauce is the most popular style of BBQ sauce in the U.S. with its sweet and spicy ketchup-based flavor, and plenty of zing from apple cider vinegar. Of course this is THE sauce to serve with ribs and pork shoulder, but it's also great for dipping roasted potato wedges. Try whisking a small amount into your next batch of salad dressing for a little extra color and flavor, or mixing a bit into your next batch of coleslaw.
