Banana

Part skim ricotta cheese

Fat free cream cheese

Cinnamon raisin English muffin

Strawberries

Combine 1⁄2 the banana, the ricotta, and the cream cheese in a blender. Whirl just until smooth. Thinly slice the remaining banana half.

Spread the banana mixture evenly over the toasted muffins. Top with overlapping slices of banana and strawberries. Yields 1 open-faced sandwich per serivng.
