part-skim ricotta cheese¼ cup(s)
fat-free cream cheese1 Tbsp
raisin-cinnamon English muffin(s)2 item(s), split and toasted
strawberries4 medium, thinly sliced
- Combine 1/2 the banana, the ricotta, and the cream cheese in a blender. Whirl just until smooth. Thinly slice the remaining banana half.
- Spread the banana mixture evenly over the toasted muffins. Top with overlapping slices of banana and strawberries. Yields 1 open-faced sandwich per serivng.
