Sun Dried Tomato Bean Spread

Soften dried sun-dried tomatoes by submerging them in a small amount of red wine or chicken stock and cooking them over medium heat.
canned cannellini beans19 oz, drained and rinsed
drained sun-dried tomatoes in oil¼ cup(s)
rosemary½ tsp, coarsely chopped
lemon zest½ tsp, grated
table salt¾ tsp
black pepper¾ tsp
- In food processor, combine ingredients until smooth. Makes 1/4 cup per serving.
