Whizz up one of these in minutes for a quick and tasty snack

Ingredients

Strawberries

1½ cup(s)

Banana

1 medium, ripe, chopped

Fat free skim milk

cup(s)

Vanilla extract

½ tsp

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender with 1/2 cup of cold water and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a few ice cubes and process again.
  2. Divide the smoothie between two glasses and serve.
  3. Serving size: 1 smoothie
