Whip up a batch of these fruity breakfast bites for an easy breakfast at- home or on-the-go. The protein powder has a mild, sweet berry essence; the freeze-dried fruit intensifies the flavor.

Ingredients

Strawberry whey protein powder

¾ cup(s)

Unsweetened powdered almond butter

¾ cup(s)

Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats

1½ cup(s)

Freeze-dried strawberries

1 cup(s), coarsely crushed

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the protein powder, powdered almond butter, and enough water to create a nut butter consistency, about 1 ½ cups. Stir in the oats and strawberries until well combined. Divide the mixture into 18 equal portions (about 2 rounded tablespoonfuls) and roll into balls. Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
