Sweet caramelized onions warm the steak and bring life to this delicious sandwich. A perfect way to us your cook-out or big steak-dinner leftovers, this wrap is ready to eat in well under 20 minutes with rich onions, tangy stoneground mustard and crisp, peppery arugula. Make a platter full to serve a crowd, teens especially will dive in to these wraps. Toss together any leftover vegetables from the week's meals and add a little balsamic for an easy side dish.

Flatbread

Cooked lean New York strip steak
2 oz, cooked
Uncooked onion
1 medium, white or yellow, sliced
Olive oil
1 tsp
Arugula
1 cup(s)
Water
1 cup(s)
Mustard
1 Tbsp, stoneground
Table salt
1 pinch(es)
Black pepper
1 tsp
Instructions

In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil and add the onion, stirring frequently, making sure that the slices are browning evenly.

Add water a bit at a time, as needed, to keep the onions wet enough to caramelize without burning. Season with salt and pepper.

To assemble the flatbread, arrange the steak slices on the flatbread, then top with the onions, arugula, and the mustard. Roll up, beginning at the rounded end, and fold in half.
