Make a platter full to serve a crowd, teens especially will dive in to these wraps. Toss together any leftover vegetables from the week's meals and add a little balsamic for an easy side dish.

Ingredients

Flatbread

1 item(s)

Cooked lean and trimmed New York steak

2 oz, cooked

Uncooked onion

1 medium, white or yellow, sliced

Olive oil

1 tsp

Arugula

1 cup(s)

Water

1 cup(s)

Mustard

1 Tbsp, stoneground

Table salt

1 pinch(es)

Black pepper

1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil and add the onion, stirring frequently, making sure that the slices are browning evenly.
  2. Add water a bit at a time, as needed, to keep the onions wet enough to caramelize without burning. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. To assemble the flatbread, arrange the steak slices on the flatbread, then top with the onions, arugula, and the mustard. Roll up, beginning at the rounded end, and fold in half.
