This easy snack offers fresh, savory, and spicy notes all at once. Lime zest is key because it balances the sharpness of the lime juice and the heat of the sriracha. Frozen edamame pods take just a few minutes to cook. We love to steam-boil them so they stay plump, but you could also microwave them for 4 to 5 minutes to speed things up a bit.

Ingredients
Edamame in pods
2 cup(s)
Low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp
Lime zest
0.5 tsp
Fresh lime juice
1 tsp
Sriracha hot sauce
1 tsp
Instructions
1
In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the edamame; cover and cook 5 minutes. Drain.
2
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lime zest, lime juice, and sriracha. Add the edamame; toss well to coat.
