For more flavor and crunch, add a few tablespoons of shredded carrot to the wraps before you roll them up.

Ingredients

Reduced calorie mayonnaise

2 Tbsp

Sriracha hot sauce

1½ tsp

Spinach wrap

4 oz, 2 (2 oz) wraps

Deli sliced turkey breast

3 oz

Lettuce

2 leaf/leaves, large

Mango

1 medium, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced

Cilantro

2 Tbsp, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise and Sriracha in small bowl.
  2. Place spinach wraps on work surface and spread with mayonnaise mixture. Layer evenly with turkey, lettuce, and mango. Sprinkle with cilantro. Roll up to enclose filling. Place each wrap on plate and cut in half on slight diagonal.
  3. Serving size: 1 wrap
