Spicy Green Chili-Tomato Black Bean Dip with Cool Yogurt

You have to love a dip as easy as this. Make it smooth or chunky, the choice is yours.
canned black beans31 oz, rinsed and drained
canned diced tomatoes10 oz, with green chilies, drained (1/4 cup reserved)
WeightWatchers Plain Natural Nonfat Yogurt¾ cup(s), (1/4 cup reserved)
kosher salt¼ tsp
cilantro½ cup(s), fresh, chopped (1 Tbsp reserved)
fresh lime juice2 tsp, or to taste
- In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients (except reserved garnishes); puree to desired consistency. Spoon into a serving bowl; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, garnish with reserved tomatoes, yogurt and cilantro. Yields about 1/2 cup per serving.
