reduced-fat sour cream

½ cup(s)

uncooked onion(s)

2 Tbsp, minced

ketchup

1 Tbsp

Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and hot pepper sauce in a small bowl.
  2. Toast the curry powder in a small dry skillet over low heat, stirring constantly, until fragrant, 1–2 minutes. Stir the curry powder into the mayonnaise mixture. Refrigerate, covered, until the flavors are blended, at least 30 minutes or up to overnight. Yields 2 table spoons per serving.
