Spicy Cereal and Pretzel Snack Mix
2 Tbsp, melted
Low sodium soy sauce
Puffed rice cereal
4 oz, mini variety (1/2 cup)
3 Tbsp, lightly salted
- Stir together the butter, curry powder, soy sauce, sugar, paprika, cumin, salt and cayenne in a small bowl.
- Toss together the rice Chex, corn Chex, and pretzel twists in a large bowl. Add the butter mixture to the cereal mixture and toss until evenly coated. Stir in the peanuts. Yields about 1/2 cup per serving.
