Spicy Cajun Dip

Serve our zesty dip with fresh vegetable sticks or garlic-flavored pita toasts at your next party. It's sure to be a hit!
sun-dried tomatoes (without oil)½ cup(s), dry-packed
low fat cream cheese8 oz, softened
plain fat free yogurt½ cup(s)
chili sauce¼ cup(s)
uncooked bell pepper(s)4 Tbsp, chopped
uncooked scallion(s)4 Tbsp, chopped
garlic clove(s)1 clove(s), medium, minced
celery seed½ tsp
cayenne pepper⅛ tsp
- Place tomatoes in a small bowl. Cover with 1 cup of boiling water and allow to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes; drain and chop tomatoes.
- Meanwhile, in another small bowl combine cream cheese, yogurt and chili sauce; mix well. Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients; mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve. Yields about 2 tablespoons of dip per serving.
