Ingredients

uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast

1 pound(s), ground

uncooked scallion(s)

2 medium, thinly sliced

dried plain breadcrumbs

3 Tbsp

hot pepper sauce

2 Tbsp, such as Frank's

table salt

½ tsp

light blue cheese salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Mix together chicken, scallions, bread crumbs, pepper sauce, and salt in medium bowl until combined well but not overmixed. With damp hands, shape mixture into 4 (4-inch) patties.
  2. Spray ridged grill pan with nonstick spray and set over medium heat. Spray patties with nonstick spray, place in pan, and cook until instant-read thermometer inserted into side of burger registers 165°F, about 5 minutes per side. Drizzle burgers with blue cheese dressing.
  3. Per serving: 1 burger and 1 tablespoon dressing
