Spicy Blue Cheese–Chicken Burgers
Uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast
1 pound(s), ground
2 medium, thinly sliced
Dried plain breadcrumbs
Hot pepper sauce
2 Tbsp, such as Frank's
Light blue cheese salad dressing
- Mix together chicken, scallions, bread crumbs, pepper sauce, and salt in medium bowl until combined well but not overmixed. With damp hands, shape mixture into 4 (4-inch) patties.
- Spray ridged grill pan with nonstick spray and set over medium heat. Spray patties with nonstick spray, place in pan, and cook until instant-read thermometer inserted into side of burger registers 165°F, about 5 minutes per side. Drizzle burgers with blue cheese dressing.
- Per serving: 1 burger and 1 tablespoon dressing
