Sparkling elderflower-mint cocktail with cense wine
SmartPoints® value per serving
Looking for a signature cocktail? This is the one! Light and elegant with the delicate floral notes imparted by the elderflower liquor, this spirited cocktail takes only 10 minutes to prepare per batch and serves six. The muddling of the grapes and mint spread their flavors quickly and with little effort. Like a mojito, little bits will be in each drink unless you strain the mixture, martini style. Skewered grapes and mint leaves make a pretty garnish for either version. Look for long decorative cocktail toothpicks at specialty food stores.
