Sparkling Elderflower-Mint Cocktail with Cense Wine

elderflower liqueur2 Tbsp, such as St Germaine
- Muddle mint leaves and grapes in the bottom of a pitcher; add ice.
- Pour in wine, club soda, and liqueur; stir to combine. Serve on the rocks mojito-style, or strain into a flute and garnish with skewered grapes and mint leaves.
