Make these flavorful turkey burgers tonight in just 20 minutes. Packed with Tex-Mex flavor, the trick to these delicious burgers is the tortilla chips and salsa mixed in with the meat. Tortilla chips add a rich corn flavor, a hint of crunch and make the burgers more hearty, while the salsa helps the lean meat stay moist during the cooking process. These burgers are a bit delicate so cooking them in a skillet or grill pan is ideal. The finished burger is dressed with more salsa for a little zing in each bite. Serve with a simple green salad to complete the meal. Make your burgers smaller and serve on slider buns for a fun and speedy party app. Great for kids, these burgers are an ideal weeknight dinner option.
