canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Instructions

  1. Stir together cilantro, mayonnaise, chipotles, and lime juice in small bowl. Spread over one side of tortilla.
  2. Top with romaine, turkey, tomato, and avocado and roll up.
  3. Per serving (1 wrap)
Notes
To keep the leftover avocado fresh, keep the peel on and drizzle the cut surface with lime juice. Wrap the avocado in plastic wrap, pressing the wrap onto the cut side of the fruit and refrigerate.
