These delicious burgers, filled with Tex-Mex goodness, are hearty, flavorful and take very little time to prepare. Ready in under 30 minutes, the burger patties are a combination of ground pork, turkey, black beans, onions and spices. Bursting with flavor, the patties stay moist with the addition of the beans. A host of toppings including salsa and avocado bring the veggies and a ton of texture and flavor with each bite. Try with a salsa verde for an easy variation. If you like a spicy kick, sprinkle some cayenne pepper into your patty mixture. Cut the size of your patties in half and make these into sliders for a fun dinner or party appetizer. A crunchy green salad will complete the meal perfectly.
