Craving Mexican food? We have your solution, any time of the day or week. Four common ingredients and ten minutes are all you need to satisfy the need for a cheesy, salsa dish. These quick tacos can be made by the most novice cooks in a home kitchen or dorm toaster oven. Terrific for a last minute fiesta gathering, game day appetizer or speedy lunch, this recipe makes a wonderful appetizer or meal. Add some sliced radishes, roasted bell peppers or cool crisp lettuce to increase your vegetable intake, or substitute pepper-jack cheese to turn up the heat a little. The simple ingredients make this a wonderful option for kids, especially the picky ones.
