So-Simple Banana “Ice Cream”
5 medium, ripe
fat free skim milk
½ item(s), cut lengthwise in half and seeds scraped
- Combine bananas and milk in food processor. Add vanilla bean seeds. Process until smooth. Transfer fruit mixture to ice-cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Transfer "ice cream" to freezer container and freeze until firm, at least 2 hours or up to 4 days. If "ice cream" becomes too hard to scoop, leave on counter to soften, about 15 minutes, before serving.
