Bring Southern flare to your table in just seven minutes with this simple no-cook salad. Smoked turkey is the star with a creamy lemon dressing, sweet raisins and carrots atop crunchy romaine. The peanut topping adds a more crunch and another level of flavors. This recipe makes a wonderful light lunch, ready in a snap. Add 1 red apple, diced, to the turkey mixture for extra crunch and even more fresh flavor. Swap arugula for the romaine to add a little bite of heat and an elevated flavor.
