You’ll be delighted by how much flavor you get from this five-ingredient, no-cook recipe. Hearty smoked trout is the star, enhanced with shredded carrot (for color and sweetness) and chives (for savory allium notes). A base of Greek yogurt and light mayonnaise gives the spread tang and creamy richness. It holds up well and can be made a couple of days in advance; the flavors just get better with time. Serve with crunchy crudités, such as watermelon radishes, little gem lettuce or endive, and cucumber slices.
