Here’s a super cute spin on cream cheese and lox. Serve the dip chilled with cucumber slices or bagel chips for a tasty, no-cook snack. It’s also great spread onto bagels or toast. Or to ditch the bread, serve the dip spread over toasted slices of sweet potato, thickly cut carrot coins, or jicama triangles. If you prefer to make your own spice mix, combine equal parts poppy seeds, sesame seeds, minced dried garlic, and dehydrated onion in a spice shaker.

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Red onion

Smoked salmon, lox

Everything bagel seasoning blend

Instructions

To make dip, combine yogurt, cucumber, onion, salmon, and capers in a serving bowl; stir in 1 ½ tbsp spice mixture. Smooth top; garnish with remaining spice mixture.
